OMG thank you so much for this. I was getting worried because my cat has started to do this since we began to quarantine in the house. He will meow at me until I follow him to his food bowl. He won’t eat till I scrub behind his left ear. Then he eats and stops intermittently until I rub his head again, and we do this until he finishes eating. My husband thinks I spoil him but I caught him doing the same thing a few days ago.
